Aaron grew up in Ishpeming, Michigan — class of 1992. The Upper Peninsula is in his bones. He knows what it means to be part of a community that works hard, loves deeply, and doesn't waste words.

Jessica was born and raised in the Village of Fall River, Wisconsin — a sleepy river town just outside of Madison. A typical Wisconsin country life. Early Saturday mornings hauling and cutting wood for the woodstove, fishing on the river, and spending every Wednesday and Sunday at the local AG church.

We've been praying about what's next in our lives for a few months now — quietly sitting with the lead pastor call, asking God if this is the right season. Then Escanaba came up, first through a conversation with Aaron's brother, and then through Pastor Janich. Hard to ignore when things start to line up like that.

So here we are — walking through this door together to see what God has in store for the future of New Life Church, and for ours.

Our resume will tell you what we've done. But what we really want you to know is this: we're walking through this process with an open hand, expecting God to direct each of us toward whatever He has planned.

We're praying for clarity, wisdom, and direction for you as a church as you walk through this process. It's not a small thing you're carrying, and we don't take lightly the fact that you're carrying it.
